COMMERCIAL FLOOR COATING SYSTEM SERVING THE KANSAS CITY METRO
Step 1: Request Your Free Estimate
You can request a free estimate online, by phone, or in person. We’ll ask a few straightforward questions to understand your goals, timeline, and the condition of your concrete.
From day one, we focus on clarity and transparency. You’ll receive honest guidance, accurate pricing, and realistic timelines so you know exactly what to expect before the project begins.
Step 2: On-Site Consultation & System Selection
Every project starts with listening.
During your consultation, our team walks your space, evaluates the concrete substrate, and discusses finish options, flake colors, and the right coating system for your environment. We identify all required prep work upfront, including crack repair, moisture assessment, and grinding requirements.
At Select Coatings, trust starts with transparency. That means a clearly defined scope, honest expectations, and no last-minute surprises.
Step 3: Scheduling & Surface Preparation
Once your project is approved, we schedule your job at a time that works for you.
Before any coating goes down, our crew focuses on proper surface preparation. Your concrete is diamond-ground to the correct profile, cracks and pits are repaired, and the slab is thoroughly cleaned using our triple HEPA filter vacuum systems.
Prep work is not optional. It determines whether a floor lasts two years or twenty.
Our installers arrive on time, work efficiently, and maintain clean, organized job sites from the first day forward.
Step 4: Professional Coating Application
This is where experience makes the difference.
Our trained installers apply each layer of your coating system using proven techniques and precise attention to detail. From the polyurea base coat to the full flake broadcast and final polyaspartic topcoat, every step is executed to spec.
Throughout the installation, we provide clear communication and regular updates, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening in your space.
Step 5: Daily Cleanup & Respect for Your Space
A clean job site reflects professionalism and respect.
At the end of each workday, our team completes a thorough cleanup, secures materials, and ensures your space remains safe, functional, and orderly.
At Select Coatings, we treat your home or business as if it were our own.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Quality Check
When the coating is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you.
We review the finished floor together, address any questions, and ensure every detail meets our standards and yours. If adjustments are needed, we take care of them before we pack up.
Your satisfaction isn’t assumed. It’s confirmed.
Step 7: Warranty & Ongoing Support
We stand by our work.
Every project completed by Select Coatings is backed by a written 15-year workmanship warranty.
Our goal is simple: get it right the first time and deliver results that last.
