The system works on both interior and exterior concrete when the proper sealer is selected. The slab needs to be sound and properly prepared. Loose, severely cracked, or moisture-compromised concrete may need additional repair before Micro Stone Spray can be applied successfully.

How long does Micro Stone Spray last, and does it need resealing?
Service life depends on traffic, exposure, and how well the floor is maintained. Periodic resealing is part of the maintenance program for this system, especially in exterior applications and high-use areas. Resealing extends service life and protects against staining and wear. If you need heavy chemical resistance, extreme impact durability, or industrial-grade performance, Micro Stone Spray is not the right system. Can Micro Stone Spray be applied over old paint or stained concrete?
In most cases yes, but the existing surface has to be evaluated first. Failed paint, peeling sealers, or unstable coatings need to be removed or addressed before the overlay goes on. Stains and inconsistent color are typically covered by the new surface. We test bond strength and check for moisture during the estimate so the application holds up long-term.
