FAQ

Most projects are completed in one day. We apply the polyurea base coat, broadcast the decorative flake, and finish with the polyaspartic topcoat all in a single visit. Larger commercial spaces or floors with significant concrete repairs may require two days. We confirm the timeline with you during the consultation so there are no surprises on install day.
Yes. Any vehicles, equipment, furniture, or items stored on the floor need to be removed from the work area before we arrive. For commercial spaces, we work with you during scheduling to plan around your operations and minimize downtime. We handle all concrete prep and cleanup once we are on site.
Light foot traffic is safe within 24 hours of installation. For spaces with vehicle traffic or heavy equipment, we recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours before returning to full use. Commercial facilities with specific return-to-service requirements are discussed and planned during the scheduling phase. We provide written care instructions at the end of every project.
Cracks, pits, spalling, and surface damage are addressed during Step 3 of our process before any coating is applied. We use fast-curing, 100% solids polymer fillers to repair the slab. Applying a coating system over unrepaired concrete is one of the most common reasons floors fail early, so we treat prep work as non-negotiable on every project. Any significant repairs are identified and communicated during the consultation, not on install day.
