Step-by-Step Process:
Step 1: Initial Contact and Scheduling

Step 2: Arrival and Preparation
- Morning Greeting: On the day of the project, the crew sent a friendly “Good morning, we’re on our way” text and arrived promptly at 8:30 AM.
- Setup: The team unloaded tools and began preparing the area for restoration.
- Grinding: The crew removed loose, failing concrete and prepared the substrate for repairs by grinding the surface.
- Vacuuming: After grinding, the team thoroughly vacuumed the area to ensure it was clean and ready for the next steps.
Step 3: Crack and Spalling Repairs
- Polyurea Application: High-quality polyurea crack and spalling filler was applied to repair damaged areas.
- Floating the Area: Using a polyurea aggregate mixture, the crew floated the entire patio to address all imperfections.
- Curing: The repair material cured in just 30 minutes, reducing project downtime.

Step 4: Primer/Base Coat Application

Step 6: Smoothing the Surface

- Vacuuming: Excess flakes were vacuumed, leaving the patio clean and ready for the final step.
Step 7: Top Coat Application
- Slip-Resistant Top Coat: A high-solids polyurea top coat was applied, with a poly bead additive mixed in to enhance slip resistance.
- Durable Finish: This top coat not only sealed the decorative flakes but also provided a long-lasting, weather-resistant finish.
